Can I pay with Klarna?

We’re excited to announce we have partnered with Klarna to bring you new ways to pay at checkout. 

  • Step 1: Add products to your basket and select “Klarna” when you check out
  • Step 2: Enter a few personal details and you’ll know instantly if you’re approved
  • Step 3: Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay and you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app

Pay in 3 instalments:

Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. No interest or fees when you pay on time. Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information. To check your eligibility, Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit score.

How does Pay later in 30 days work?

Pay later in 30 days is a form of credit which allows you to delay payment of your purchase by 30 days. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card in Klarna.app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk.

I have pre-ordered an item, what does that mean?

At Sundari Studios, we are deeply committed to sustainability and aim to grow organically without harming our beautiful planet. When you pre-order an item and make a payment, we start the process of having your product handmade by our skilled Balinese artisans. This process typically takes a minimum of 4 weeks. However, in case of unavoidable delays, it could take up to 6 weeks. We will keep you informed every step of the way with regular email updates about the creation and journey of your unique Sundari Studios piece. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at customercare@sundari-studios.com.

How do I receive my 10% discount?

Once you’ve signed up to receive our newsletter, your discount code will be emailed to you. It may have gone to your junk folder, so please check there too. If you have any issues, please email our Customer Care Team customercare@sundari-studios.com

What is the composition of Sundari Studios jewellery?

Sundari Studios  jewellery is handmade in Bali, Indonesia through the ancient art of lost-wax casting. As all of our jewellery is handmade there may be some small variations between the pieces. Our jewellery is intentionally textured to represent the efforts of our artisans in bringing to life our designs. All Sundari Studios pieces are cast in recycled brass and plated in 24-karat gold. Earrings are also cast in recycled brass and plated in 24-karat gold, although the earring posts are made of sterling silver. We may be able to cater for pieces to be made in solid gold on request. How should I care for my Sundari Studios jewellery?

Show your pieces a little love. We suggest polishing your items regularly with a microfiber cloth to keep them looking their best. Never use any chemicals. Avoid wearing your jewellery when bathing, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store each piece individually in a cool, dark place. 

Gold-plated jewellery can rust or fade over time. The rate that this happens purely depends on how you take care of your pieces as well as your own body’s temperature and skin type. We’re committed to creating timeless pieces that will last the test of time, and so we make all of our pieces with an extra resilient layer of coating that doesn’t easily wear away.

Can I purchase a Sundari Studios piece in pure gold?

Yes! We accept requests for our pieces in pure gold - please email customercare@sundari-studios.com with the piece you are interested in and the karat gold you require. We will be able to provide a quote as to how much this will cost.

Once the quote has been accepted, we will be able to provide you with a timeframe as to when you can expect your extra special Sundari Studios piece!

Do you have any free shipping offers?

We currently offer:

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch the same day or next working day for all orders. However, during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your Sundari Studios pieces have been dispatched.

Please note: if you are ordering internationally we may take up to 3 business days to dispatch the order.

How long does delivery take?

UK (excluding Ireland):

Typically, UK orders take approximately 2-4 days to be delivered. Please note, this may be affected by factors outside of the control of Sundari Studios such as extreme weather or strike action. 

EU Orders (including Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and Spain):

Although we believe your order will be with you sooner, international orders may take 7-14 working days to be delivered. Please note, this may be affected by factors outside of the control of Sundari Studios such as extreme weather or strike action. 

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

International (USA, Canada, and UAE):

Although we believe your order will be with you sooner, international orders may take 7-14 working days to be delivered. Please note, this may be affected by factors outside of the control of Sundari Studios such as extreme weather or strike action. 

The delivery time is from the dispatch date and not the date when you placed the order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched. Occasionally when travelling so far, there may be delays which occur that are out of our control.

Australia:

Although we believe your order will be with you sooner, Australian orders may take 7-12 working days to be delivered. Please note, this may be affected by factors outside of the control of Sundari Studios such as extreme weather or strike action.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Will I be required to pay customs and duties on my order?

International orders may incur additional customs / import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that unfortunately we do not cover these costs. We cannot advise how much these will be prior to shipment. If you would like to find out how much customs charges will be in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note that if a customer refuses to accept a parcel, we are charged for both the shipping and an additional return fee, so we are unable to refund the original postage charge to you in this scenario.

Do you cover the cost of the returns?

UK (excluding Ireland):

If you change your mind or would like an exchange, we will not be responsible for return postage costs. Nor will we be responsible if your item is lost in transit back to our studio.

If on the rare occasion an item is faulty, we will provide a postage label for the customer to return the item. Please note, this is subject to our discretion and depdent upon individual circumstances and we will require photos submitted to customercare@sundari-studios.com of the product purchased. We also will not be responsible if this item is lost in transit to our studio.

EU and International:

For international deliveries and EU deliveries we do not cover the cost of returns.

Please note that if a customer refuses to accept a parcel, we are charged for both the shipping and an additional return fee, so we are unable to refund the original postage charge to you in this scenario.

How can I amend my shipping address?

If your shipping address is incorrect, please email customercare@sundari-studios.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will be happy to amend it.

Returns, Repairs, & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit. 

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings according to best practice hygiene standards.

We cannot process a refund if your return is lost in transit to our studio. We may decide to issue you with store credit in this instance.

Please email our Customer Care Team to return your goods at customercare@sundari-studios.com We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.

Please note: we may ask for images of the product in order to process the return. If you fail to supply us with images and 14 days lapse since the date of request, we may decline your return. It is at our discretion whether we choose to refund you or give you credit for returns outside of this window.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To cover our studio process of returning your item we will charge £2.99.

Please note: if you have a Sundari Studios piece that has been customised or is made of solid gold, we cannot accept a return and you will not be issued a refund.

How long is the return window?

We are happy to refund items within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives back at our studio and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed. Although we expect it to be much sooner, please allow up to 21 working days for the money to appear back in your account.

Please note: to cover our studio process of returning your item we will charge £2.99.

Can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to exchange for a different product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at customercare@sundari-studios.com.
